Edgar Korzeniowski is an associate attorney of the Arlington office of Griffith and Hughes. Edgar’s practice primarily focuses on licensing, compliance, administrative litigation of code violations, denials of liquor licenses and permits, and protests of liquor licenses and permits.
Before joining Griffith and Hughes, Edgar was a Senior Staff Attorney at the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) for over five and half years. He provided training and legal advice to auditing, enforcement and licensing divisions, and represented the agency in administrative litigation of contested cases before the State Office of Administrative Hearings and County Judge protest hearings.
In the time before working for TABC, Edgar served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings for over three years, wherein his caseload primarily focused on unemployment insurance eligibility determinations. Edgar also served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for almost five years with Grays Harbor County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Washington State.
